A.) 2 @ 150, 3 @ 160#. Powers are not a strength but these moved well and positions were solid

B.) 4 @ 205. 4 @ 230

C.) 19:03 for 3 Rds + 500m. Had short time today so got in as much as possible before I had to coach.
